I did an easy 30 minutes last night on the stationary bike, but didn't record anything.
This is what I did this morning:
BIKE:
Time - 30 minutes
Program 1
Highest Resistance - 2 (It goes up to 16!)
Calories - 159
Miles - 9.3
I also turned on the Wii Fit again, but didn't do any exercises. I just wanted to get my weight:
Heaviest Weight: 200
Last Weight (July 9, before we left for Hershey Park): 169.5
Today's Weight: 175.7
Total Weight Loss (from heaviest): 24.3
Ideal Weight: 110
Pounds left to go: 65.7
Short term goal: 165.7
So, I only gained 6.2 pounds from vacations. I though I had gained at least 10!
The pounds to my Ideal Weight seems too overwhelming. So, I set a short term goal of 10 pounds in 2 months. That's very achievable. I need to start out easy so I don't get too frustrated. Even at 5 pounds a month, by next summer (June) I should be able to lose 50 pounds. We'll see!
